Account Data

Account data is retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period after closure when needed for security, legal, billing, or dispute purposes.

Generated Content and Tasks

Generated audio, prompts, task metadata, and related files may be retained to provide downloads, account history, abuse review, service reliability, and billing records.

Payment Records

Payment records may be retained as required by tax, accounting, processor, and legal obligations. Full card numbers are handled by payment processors, not stored by Seed Audio application servers.

Support and Abuse Reports

Support requests and abuse reports may be retained to resolve issues, enforce policies, prevent repeat abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Deletion Requests

You may request account or data deletion through support. Some records may need to be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, security, or legitimate business operations.
