Refund Policy

Overview

Refunds are reviewed case by case. The decision depends on payment status, product usage, credit consumption, suspected abuse, and applicable law.

Subscriptions

If you cancel a subscription, access normally remains available until the end of the paid billing period. Refund eligibility depends on whether the plan was used and whether the request was made soon after purchase.

Credits

Consumed credits are generally not refundable because they represent completed generation work. Unused credits may be considered during refund review.

Failed Payments or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged by mistake or charged twice, contact support with the payment date, plan, account email, and receipt reference.

Abuse and Policy Violations

Refunds may be denied for accounts that violate the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or Voice Cloning Policy.
