Consent Required

Only clone, imitate, or generate a recognizable voice when you have the required consent and rights. This applies to public figures, private individuals, employees, contractors, customers, and personal contacts.

Prohibited Uses

Do not use Seed Audio to impersonate another person, mislead listeners, commit fraud, create non-consensual sexual content, harass someone, or bypass identity checks.

Labeling and Disclosure

When generated audio could be mistaken for a real person, disclose that the audio was AI-generated or synthetic unless the context makes that obvious.

Rights and Takedowns

If you believe your voice or another person's voice was used without permission, contact support with the audio URL, account details if known, and evidence of identity or authorization.

Enforcement

Seed Audio may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or preserve records when needed to investigate abuse or comply with law.
